Voting Rights Restoration

Virginians who have been convicted of a felony and are no longer incarcerated are eligible to apply to have their voting rights restored. You can check your status online, call the Secretary of the Commonwealth Restoration of Rights Division at 804-692-0104, or submit a paper application.
